For many years we were named Cheap and Chic during that time we became aware of the surplus stock available from all the smaller designers and that is why we decided to change to a store offering discounted designer surplus and samples 52 weeks of the year. With that new concept in mind our trading name changed to labels•on•sale five years ago.
